My 2nd grade photo was a huge impetus for me to do what I do. No one should have a photo like this on their parent's wall for 30+ years. My hair didn't look like this (thank you Mrs. Blackmore for forcing me to comb it seconds before I was ordered to "Say Cheese") and I only wore that super hot and scratchy polyester shirt when I was forced to. This photo isn't me.

The experience I offer is the exact opposite of what I had that day. I'll do everything I can to make you feel at ease, we will meet in a location you and your family enjoy, I will never demand a smile, and I promise I won't hand you a little black comb and force you to use it. My goal is to give you memories that not only capture genuine smiles but provide you with art for your home that won't make your teenaged daughter cringe when her date points at the print and bemusedly asks, "Is that you?"
